What are the details of the ServSafe Food Manager Exam?
90 multiple-choice questions.
Must score 70% or higher to pass.
Same day exam 1-2 hrs depending on individual.
There are two formats for taking the exam.
Attendees may choose:
Option 1 - Online* exam. Results are immediate. Bring laptop or tablet.
OR
Option 2 - Exam booklets with scantron answer sheets. Results in 5-10 business days.

WHAT IS SERVSAFE FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATION?
ServSafe Food Manager Certification is a health department approved Food Protection Manager certification for managers and/or the Person In Charge.
The class and exam at Nolan Training is an ANSI approved and recognized credential that demonstrates the ability to manage food safety practices in a food service environment.
WHO SHOULD GET CERTIFIED Food SAFETY?
Chefs, restaurant owners, food truck employees, caterers, kitchen managers, shift leads, line staff and others in food service industry roles.
